Return and refund
All our products are related with warranty. In the event of manufacturing defects or transport damage , we can replace the entire product or offer you a refund. To resolve the problem as quickly as possible, send us photos of the defects or damage found via email. All information regarding the warranty service is provided via telephone at 351-8347506 or via email at: mobilwebarredo@gmail.com
- - The returned product must be in the original packaging (to inspect the product you can cut the adhesive tape that holds the package closed);
- - Products already assembled and of good quality cannot be returned;
- - The product must not have been damaged or tampered with by the customer himself;
- - If the reason for the return is the poor quality of the product, the manufacturer will evaluate the integrity of the item based on the photos sent by the customer. If the manufacturer confirms the poor quality we can replace the item or refund the amount;
- - The product must be in marketable condition (labels and protective films must be intact) (this paragraph does not apply in case the product is returned due to poor quality);
- - The returned product must be equipped with all components and packaging, exactly as it was received;
- - The returned goods will be picked up from the place that can be reached by the courier.
- - We undertake to recover the returned goods within 20 working days, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be paid within 3 working days from the time of collection to the buyer's bank or PayPal account, depending on the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
The main characteristics of each product sold by MOBILWEBARREDO are listed in the product description. All products sold by MOBILWEBARREDO have a warranty, the terms and conditions of which are listed below and in the warranty documentation.
Before assembling the purchased product, always carry out a thorough inspection.
- Warranty conditions:
- - During assembly, the customer must follow the assembly instructions;
- - The product has been used in accordance with its intended purpose and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- - The warranty applies to product quality defects and defects caused by transportation of the product from the seller to the customer.
- The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- - The product was damaged by the customer himself;
- - The product has suffered damage caused by force majeure.
It is advisable not to throw away the original packaging until the furniture has been assembled. In case of replacement, additional information may be required which can be found on the product packaging.
In the event that product defects are noted, the customer is asked to inform us via the contact details provided on the MOBILWEBARREDO.COM website. During the warranty period, all errors relating to the quality and quantity of the product will be resolved directly by US. In the case of poor quality, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery. The products are collected by our courier. In this case, the poor-quality product can be replaced by one of adequate quality or the purchase can be fully refunded. If you notice manufacturing defects within the warranty period (24 months), please take photos of the damaged product and send them to us at the email address: mobilwebarredo@gmail.com. The manufacturing company will decide whether the warranty will apply or not. The customer will be informed of the manufacturing company's decision through communication lines provided by the customer himself. Please note that:
- - The manufacturer's warranty does not cover problems resulting from normal wear and tear of furniture or fabric.
- - In case the reason for the return is poor quality of the products, we are required to refund the money paid.
- All returns are carried out in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Right of withdrawal
Mobilwebarredo recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation. The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days from receipt of the goods within which the Customer is required to notify us:

Important: In the email requesting to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal account to re-credit the amount due (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder )
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
- the customer expresses his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above by sending an email to request the right of withdrawal.
- the customer sends back the purchased good in the original packaging and in an intact form, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc.)
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
After having checked the integrity of the goods, we will re-credit the sum already paid, no later than 30 days from receipt of the email, by bank transfer to the current account communicated by you. The refund concerns the price of the product purchased, net of the costs incurred to deliver the product, any cleaning and repackaging.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer will receive a refund of the price of the product purchased, net of costs incurred for delivery, any cleaning and repackaging.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.
The return of the product must take place within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer communicated his decision to withdraw pursuant to the art. 52 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Mobilwebarredo will notify the Customer of the incident (within five working days of receipt of the product in its warehouses), to allow the Customer to promptly raise a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the product (if insured by the Customer). Mobilwebarredo is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of products returned by uninsured shipments at the Customer's expense.
The right of withdrawal lapses in the event of a defect in the substantial integrity of the returned goods, and so by way of example in the case of
- lack of external packaging and/or original internal packaging
- absence of integral elements of the product (coverings, labels, hinges, handles, etc)
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
- abnormal state of conservation
In the event that the Customer forfeits the right of withdrawal, Mobilwebarredo will return the purchased product to the Customer, charging the shipping costs to the Customer.
The right of withdrawal, as per current legislation, is applicable exclusively for all standard items that must not be made to the customer's order.
Limitation of Liability:
Within the limits set by the art. 1229 cc and, for the Consumer Customer, by Legislative Decree 206/05, the Seller is not responsible:
a) for direct or indirect damages possibly suffered by the Customer/Consumer Customer or third parties as a result of the purchase, use (including improper) and/or non-use of the Products, as well as their tampering;
b) for damages, losses and costs suffered by the Customer/Consumer Customer following failure or delayed delivery of the Product, the Customer having the right only to a full refund of the price paid and any additional charges incurred. The Product replacement times depend exclusively on the Manufacturers' policies and no damage can be attributed to the Seller for any delays in carrying out these operations. During the waiting period the Seller will not provide any replacement products.
