Return and refund

All our products are covered by warranty. In case of manufacturing defects or damage caused by transport, we offer the possibility of replacing the entire product or receiving a refund. To resolve the problem as quickly as possible, send us photos of the defects or damage found by email. The main features of each product sold by MOBILWEBARREDO are listed in the product description. All products sold by MOBILWEBARREDO have a guarantee, the terms and conditions of which are listed below and in the documentation relating to the guarantee.

  • The returned product must be in the original packaging (the adhesive tape that closes the package can be cut to inspect the product).
  • Already assembled and good quality products cannot be returned.
  • The product must not have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
  • If the return is due to poor quality, the manufacturer will evaluate, based on the photos sent by the customer, the integrity of the item. If poor quality is confirmed, it will be possible to replace the item or obtain a refund.
  • The product must be in marketable condition, with labels and protective films intact (this does not apply if the return is for poor quality).
  • The returned product must include all components and packaging, exactly as received.
  • Returned goods will be collected from a location accessible to the courier.
  • We undertake to recover the goods within 20 working days, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be made within 3 working days of collection to the buyer's bank account or PayPal, based on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
  • Before assembling the purchased product, we recommend that you carry out a thorough inspection.

    Warranty conditions:

    • During assembly, the customer must carefully follow the instructions provided.
    • The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
    • The warranty covers product quality defects and damage caused during transportation from the seller to the customer.

    The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

    • The product was damaged by the customer.
    • The product has suffered damage caused by force majeure events.

    It is recommended not to throw away the original packaging until the furniture is assembled. In case of replacement, additional information may be required which can be found on the product packaging.

    In case of defects in the product, the customer is kindly requested to inform the company through the contacts provided on the MOBILWEBARREDO.COM website. During the warranty period, all problems related to the quality and quantity of the product will be solved directly by us. If poor quality is found, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery. The products will be collected by our courier. In this case, the poor quality product can be replaced with one of adequate quality or the purchase can be fully refunded.

    If within the warranty period (24 months) you notice manufacturing defects, please take photos of the damaged product and send them to the email address: mobilwebarredo@gmail.com . The manufacturing company will decide whether or not to apply the warranty. The customer will be informed of the manufacturing company's decision through the communication channels provided by the customer himself.

    Please note:

  • The manufacturer's warranty does not cover problems resulting from normal wear and tear of the furniture or materials (e.g. wood or fabric)
  • In case the return is motivated by poor quality of the products, we are obliged to refund the amount paid.
  • All returns are made in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.
  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

    Mobilwebarredo recognizes the right of withdrawal according to the current legislation. The deadline to exercise this right is 14 days from receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate his decision within this deadline:

    Important: In the withdrawal request email, it is necessary to include the details of a bank or postal account for the refund (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder).

    To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

    • The customer expresses the will to exercise the right of withdrawal by following the procedures described above, by sending an email.
    • The customer must return the purchased item in its original packaging and in intact condition, complete with all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment, such as manuals, etc.).

    The goods, once they arrive at our warehouse, will be examined to verify any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

    After having verified the integrity of the returned goods, we will proceed to credit the sum already paid within and no later than 30 days from receipt of the email communication. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the Customer. The refund will include the price of the purchased product, net of delivery costs, any cleaning and repackaging.

    Important note:

    • In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer will receive a refund of the price of the purchased product, net of the costs incurred for delivery, any cleaning and repackaging.
    • The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.

    The return of the product must take place within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer communicated his decision to withdraw, pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

    In case of damage to the goods during transport, Mobilwebarredo will inform the Customer of the incident within five working days of receiving the product in its warehouses. This will allow the Customer to raise a timely complaint against the chosen courier and request reimbursement of the value of the product (if insured by the Customer). Mobilwebarredo does not assume responsibility for damage, theft or loss of products returned with uninsured shipments at the Customer's expense.

    The right of withdrawal lapses in the event of a lack of substantial integrity of the returned goods. The following are considered reasons for lapse, by way of example:

    • Missing external packaging and/or original internal packaging.
    • Absence of integral elements of the product, such as coverings, labels, hinges, handles, etc.
    • Damage to the product due to causes other than transportation.
    • Abnormal state of conservation of the product.

    In these cases, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the price of the purchased product.

    In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, Mobilwebarredo will return the purchased product to the Customer, charging the shipping costs.

    The right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation, is applicable exclusively to standard items that do not need to be made to measure or to the customer's order.

    Limitation of Liability:

    Within the limits set by art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code and, for the Consumer Customer, by Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Seller is not responsible:

    a) For direct or indirect damages suffered by the Customer or third parties as a result of the purchase, use (including improper use) and/or failure to use the Products, as well as for their tampering.

    b) For damages, losses and costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the failure or delay in delivery of the Product. In such cases, the Customer is entitled exclusively to a full refund of the price paid and any additional costs incurred. The times for replacing the Product depend exclusively on the Manufacturers' policies, and the Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays in carrying out such operations. During the waiting period, the Seller will not provide any replacement product.
